Scripture
|
The Bible is the infallible word of God. It is given for doctrine, correction, and instruction; and is the standard by which we measure ourselves and by which we will be judged. (2 Timothy 3:14-16;1 Peter 1:20,21) |
God |
There is one God who has revealed Himself as the father in creation, the son in redemption, and the Holy Ghost in emanation. His greatest revelation is His name, Jesus. There is no other name under heaven, whereby we must be saved. (Deuteronomy 6:4-7; 1 Timothy 3:16; Acts 4:12) |
Sin |
All have sinned and have come short of the glory of God. Remission of sin can only be obtained through Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23) |
Salvation |
Salvation can only be obtained through repentance, baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. Peter preached this salvation message during the establishment of the church. (Acts 2:38) |
